Google makes music videos for me occasionally. This one was pretty good of little Juniper. She really is a sweetie and getting more grown-up. Juni wants to be just like Kahlan and often talks about the things she'll be able to do when she's 5. She takes care of babies very tenderly and sleeps with an entourage of 10 babies and stuffed animals. She's also very sweet to baby Paul.   Some Pics

Happy Valentines day! I think everyone in the family has finally gotten over our colds and sicknesses that we seemed to all have since Christmas. The girls were so excited for their new large-sized ball-cat and ball-piggy they received from Grandpa Bob and Mormor. Paul has been practicing his crawling every day. So far he only goes in reverse! :)  Kahlan continues to create beautiful artwork. ...and she's doing great with her piano practice!

For Christmas this year we drove to California and we had a great time! It was nice to see everyone and there were a LOT of kids this year! Travelling with 3 little kids this time was a challenge and we did a ton of driving. The van was nice to travel in though and the kids all did good. Only poor Juni got sick in the car. We stayed at the 'pancake motel' 2 nights. We drove 3 hours up to an amazing Airbnb cabin called the Yuba River Resort up near Nevada City. Thanks to Heather for setting it up! It was beautiful up there and the cabin was huge and a great place for so many families and kids. There were trails and deer and a creek on the property. Here's a fun video. Kahlan is in kindergarten now. She's a very enthusiastic student and a great learner. Check out her cute school picture!

It's hard to believe that our little sweet Kahlan is 5! Kahlan has more energy and enthusiasm than a box of firecrackers and she's the best singer in junior primary. She's very inquisitive, observant and funny. She's extremely creative and LOVES to draw, paint, make up songs and build with Legos. She's a girly girl. She loves every princess movie and wears dresses and skirts whenever possible. Kahlan is simply a delight to have around and we are so thankful to have her in our lives. We celebrated her birthday at a park with cupcakes and ice cream. It was very warm.       Her Utah cousins were there. Grandma Mimi came too with Aunt Leslie. Kahlan received many fun gifts. Well I finally sold the old Honda. It got me to work for 15 years and only stranded me in the desert once. I think it found a good home.  Thanks Mom!
